Post-2030 - Dr. Guillaume Lafortune on evidence, accountability & change for the future of the SDGs

Today we're diving into one of the most important conversations in the development world: what comes after 2030? As part of the Forus Post-2030 vision we are bringing together members and leaders from across the network to unpack the stakes ahead. To help us think through the science and evidence behind what a credible post-2030 framework should look like, we are joined today by Dr Guillaume Lafortune, Vice President at the UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network (SDSN) and co-author of a landmark piece published in Science: "A theory of change approach to enhance the post-2030 sustainable development agenda". With Prof. Jeffrey Sachs, he established the SDG Transformation Center in 2023 which produces the flagship Sustainable Development Report. The next 2026 edition will come out on 23 June.
