The Korea NGO Council for Overseas Development Cooperation (KCOC) is in the process of conducting a research under the title “Measures to Strengthen ODA Localization : From the Perspective of Utilizing Civil Society Partnerships”, commissioned by the Office for Government Policy Coordination.

As a part of their research, they are planning an international conference which aims at sharing the implementation status and key issues of OECD member countries, as well as lessons learned. They also intend to share the case studies from the partner country, INGO and Global South nation. Through this, they seek to derive recommendations and future directions for strengthening Korea’s ODA localization effort
