JANIC will hold a seminar to reflect on the current international peace and security situation where NGOs are located, and to share knowledge and discuss from various standpoints.

In this seminar, how the perspective of human security can be used for international cooperation by Japanese civil society will be discussed. Norie Naga, President of the Association for Refugees (AAR Japan) and Professor Ken Jimbo of Keio University, Executive Director of the International House of Japan, will be invited as speakers to discuss where the "crossroads between international cooperation and security" is located, what NGOs should know and suggestions for activities.
