Training in Humanitarian Action - NOHA'S Short Online Course
25 to 27 October
We would like to share with you an excellent opportunity to learn more about the humanitarian action field through a short-online training promoted by the Network on Humanitarian Action (NOHA) in partnership with the Lithuanian National Non-Governmental Development Cooperation Organisations’ Platform, which is a Forus’ member.
The training is being organized by Vilnius University, a member of NOHA. The Lithuanian NGDO Platform is coordinating the training. It will take place online from 25 to 27th October, focusing on regional challenges within humanitarian work. Among others, the training includes:
- lectures related to humanitarian activities
- humanitarian principles and approaches to humanitarian action and protection
- operations in Ukraine and the CSOs involvement in the region
- trauma-sensitive approaches to humanitarian action when working with refugees.
The registrations are open until 18th October, with no fee to participants. For those interested in joining, we kindly ask to add in the registration “FORUS” in the motivation line or slash in your organization name when registering (e.g. Organization X/Forus).
