Sobhi Khatib, Senior Lecturer-Researcher at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, is a dedicated advocate for diversity and inclusion. Alongside his work at Oxford HR, he teaches courses and workshops for diversity officers and hiring managers, and manages a program at the Digital Society School on the intersection of systematic change, technology, and public values. In his free time, Sobhi volunteers as a Regional Specialist for Het Actiefond, sits on the board of directors at Hoop, and serves as chairman for the Dutch branch of 7amleh, a Palestinian organization focused on digital rights. He also chairs The Hummus Academy, a think-tank exploring the decolonisation of indigenous cuisines.
