Driving strategic planning, knowledge management, and digital integration
FONGTO took advantage of cycle 6 to strengthen its organizational capacities through a new strategic plan, knowledge management tools, and an integrated digital platform. The project helped the umbrella organization improve governance, internal coordination, and collaboration among more than 220 member organizations.

FONGTO’s experience shows that digital transformation only truly makes sense when it is part of a knowledge management strategy. The platform did not simply purchase a tool; it implemented a clearer way of working, enabling information sharing and coordination of action within a vast network.
