Developed in consortium by two Forus members, this project aims to create a network among 8 Portuguese Speaking NGO Platforms. The idea is to establish closer and lasting links among them through capacity building exchanges on leadership and governance, as well as the development of partnerships for collective and high-level advocacy. Thematic workshops will be organized with NGOs (members of the national platforms) in 3 countries, as well as two global capacity building events on the subject of Development, one of which with the support of the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation. 

By aiming to create a Network of Portuguese Speaking Platforms and proposing that this Network becomes an integral part of Forus' organizational structures, the project’s consortium expects to enable a thematic approach to Forus work, allowing for the definition of common actions and a thematic agenda.
