The Project to Strengthen FECONG's Support Capacity to Members and its Visibility aims to improve the Federation's intervention capacity with its members as well as its organizational and institutional visibility. It will contribute to strengthening the capacities of local NGOs in the design and implementation of development strategies and actions on the one hand and on the other hand to improve FECONG's internal and external communication. Through this project, it will (i) carry out a study to evaluate the capacities of local NGOs and (ii) provide the platform with communication tools, including a website and social network accounts (Facebook and Twitter). A steering committee and a technical team will manage and monitor the project.
