This project aims to reinforce HAND’s legitimacy through fostering the engagement of members in the network and enhancing the operational capacities of HAND and its members. This will be implemented through a capacity building needs assessment, the development of a fundraising strategy, the publication of their next AidWatch report, as well as through strengthening internal communications with members, including for the promotion of member-to-member activities.
