The aim is to create the conditions for good internal and external communication to promote emulation among members within CSCI. The issues of communication and member mobilization occupy a prominent place in terms of challenges for an umbrella organization like CSCI.  This is why the Coordination Office is developing this project whose objective is "To create the conditions for good internal and external communication with a view to promoting healthy emulation of members within CSCI". Specifically, this project is intended to support the internal and external communications initiatives of the CSCI (i); Develop ownership between CSCI and its members (ii) and Strengthen the capacities of bodies and members of CSCI on the standard principles of good governance that drive the associative life (iii) This project targets the governance bodies, members of CSCI and its technical staff. It will unfold over 12 months. In the end, CSCI will have, among other results, an operational and functional communication plan.
