Strengthening the capacities of POJOAJU as a national NGO platform

The aim is to strengthen the capacities of POJOAJU as a national NGO platform, to develop a relevant role as an actor of civil society in the incidence of public policies face to the government, the market, political parties and social organizations. POJOAJU is currently in a process of recovery and institutional strengthening, to improve its capacity to fulfill its mission and institutional objectives. The proposal seeks the development of actions -as mentioned- in three ways: 

  • Leadership and management of national platforms, basically through workshops for the training and exchange of its members; 

  • Communication and strengthening of the commitments of the members of the national platforms (networks), especially (not exclusively) with the development of external and internal communication tools; 

  • Mobilization of resources, economic management and responsibility. We are also interested in the development of capacities to follow up on the SDGs of the 2030 Agenda and the preparation of the Luz Report.
