The aim is to contribute to the institutional strengthening of Aliza ONG and its members through the elaboration of internal plans, policies and strategies. This project seeks to strengthen the financial, strategic and operational sustainability of Alianza ONG and its members through technical assistance for the development of key tools for the planning and operation of the platform. It will contribute, among others, to the preparation of the Institutional Strategic Plan for 2020-2024, the Resource Mobilization Strategy, the updated Financial and Administrative Procedures Manual, the Gender Policy, the Donation Reception and Prevention of Conflicts of Interest Policy. In addition to strengthening the platform, these tools will be shared with the members as models and good practices to raise awareness and share the importance of the processes of planning, monitoring and financial management capacities for the institutional sustainability of CSOs.
