Advocacy Toolkit on Post-2015 AgendaThis advocacy toolkit is an output of the Sustainable Development 2015 (SD2015) programme, a multi-stakeholder engagement programme run by Stakeholder Forum and CIVICUS, in collaboration with UN DESA. The SD2015 programme aims to increase stakeholder participation in the process to negotiate a new global framework to eradicate poverty through sustainable development, known as the post-2015 development Agenda.
