We are pleased to offer a new opportunity for Forus members to strengthen their digital presence and make their work easier to find, access and share online.

We have a limited number of places available, which will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

This opportunity may be particularly useful if your platform:

• Does not currently have a website, or the website is no longer active. No web domain. 
• Needs a reliable and secure place to host its website.
• Has a website that is outdated or difficult to update.
• Does not have professional email addresses using your organisation’s own domain.
• Does not yet have a clear visual identity or the logo, colours, or other elements that represent the platform need to be updated.
• Does not have active and well curated institutional social media pages.

What is the Forus Digital Visibility Pack?

This new support mechanism is a response to a challenge many Forus members highlighted during their fundraising efforts, campaigning and membership engagement: strong digital skills and visibility.

Acknowledging the diversity within the Forus network, this is a tailored solution to everyone. We will work with you to identify what your platform needs and help you access the most relevant digital services and tools.

Depending on your needs, this could include support with your:

• Website
• Website hosting and security
• Domain name
• Professional email addresses
• Visual identity
• Institutional social media pages
• Administrator and user accounts

You do not need to be a digital expert to take part. The technical team will guide you through the process and explain what you need to know in clear and practical terms.

Who is involved?

Forus longstanding partner ‘What The Web’ a tech social enterprise offering website service for associations and social economy actors all over the world. Their attentive team and tools evolve with your needs. Together with the service you request, you will learn how to maintain and update your new/ refreshed website by yourself.

Their team will work with you to understand your needs, recommend the most appropriate solutions and help you set them up.

Importantly, you remain in control. You will also receive guidance on how to maintain and update your website and other digital tools after the initial support is completed.
