Justina Kaluinaite brings over a decade of experience in civil society and community development, with a strong focus on socio-educational initiatives in post-conflict contexts, trauma-informed development processes, effective development cooperation and humanitarian action. Justina has worked across diverse contexts, including Rwanda, Cambodia and Colombia, and has been actively engaged for many years with the Lithuanian Development Cooperation Platform (Lithuanian NGDO Platform). Her experience spans both practice and academia, in Lithuania and internationally. She brings to her role a global, strategic and empathetic perspective, grounded in extensive field experience and a deep commitment to strengthening civil society’s impact.
