Manon Delahaye
Advocacy Assistant
Manon graduated with a double Master’s degree in International Relations and Peace and Conflict Studies from Sciences Po Rennes and University College Dublin. She previously worked and volunteered with French and Spanish NGOs on advocacy, administrative support, and citizen mobilization, where she contributed to engagement initiatives and advocacy efforts. She also gained academic and professional experience during a year working at a Colombian university (ITM). Manon is particularly interested in research on human rights and gender equality, and is driven by the belief that amplifying civil society voices is key to sustainable and inclusive change. Manon brings strong skills in research, coordination, and stakeholder engagement, and is eager to continue developing her work in this field at local, national, and international levels.
