CONGCOOP is interested in training people that join their affiliated organizations. We have come to the conclusion that the most economical and accessible way is through virtual platforms. For this reason, we are requesting this project from Forus so that we can begin a training process with our affiliates by creating the CONGCOOP Virtual Training Centre. Knowing how costly creating a platform can be, we have chosen to learn about and use the Moodle platform, which is free and online. Together with creating the platform, we have decided to develop and implement an initial course in leadership. Later, we will offer other skills to train leaders on how to respond to social, political and technical needs by using solid human values. This new virtual CONGCOOP platform will look to facilitate synergies and cohesion with Forus so that it can be a means of communication for sharing experiences.
