New strategy and policies through inclusive roadmaps and action plans
UNITAS, the Unión Nacional de Instituciones de Trabajo de Acción Social in Bolivia, focused on strengthening resource mobilisation, knowledge management, digital skills and collaborative capacities across its network. The project supported members to use new tools, participate in joint initiatives and build stronger connections around shared territorial priorities.

Learning
CSCI’s project highlights the importance of moving from strategy documents to implementation. For civil society platforms, the core challenge is not only developing policies, but ensuring that staff, governance bodies and members understand them, use them and adapt them to their own institutional realities.
