The aim of the project is to provide support to NGO members of the organization. It targets specifically to promote the development and implementation of the capacity development strategies of CCOD’s member, through the realization of the institutional and organizational diagnoses of each member, the identification needs in terms of training, the prioritization of these needs, the development of specific training plans for each NGO member and the delivery of training.
