As part of its long-term action, FONGTO continues to strengthen the professionalism and transparency of its members, giving them the necessary tools for the sustainability of these organisations. Concretely, FONGTO will accompany ten members throughout this project. First, the management and governance team of these member NGOs will participate in a self-assessment as part of a participatory organizational audit, which will be developed with specialized external consultants. This audit will result in a personalised strengthening plan, designed with each of the structures monitored. The different strengthening plans will start to be implemented in the framework of the project, through two trainings: one on administrative and financial management and one on governance, diversity and legitimacy of CSOs. The initial organisational assessment will influence the content of the trainings that will follow, in order to adapt them to the members' needs.
