The CCONG will have as their main output a study analyzing the current role of international cooperation in Colombia, specifically from some United Nations agencies, the European Union and the German Cooperation Agency, on the ways of accessing resources from the public budget. The data will be examined in technical, political and financial terms (including if it strengthens or weaken CSOs’ role) with a participatory approach based in the input of several different stakeholders. This study will be the basis for the promotion of dialogues around the results and its consequences to the role of the CSOs as co-responsible actors for sustainable development and peace.
