Delivered through accessible explainer videos, the series translates complex digital policy debates into relatable, real-world experiences, highlighting how digital technologies and governance frameworks affect human rights, social equity, and development. The content is grounded in CADE’s Baseline Survey and Mapping Study and enriched by regional case studies from Latin America, Africa, and West Asia and North Africa region, reflecting civil society perspectives on access, affordability, cybersecurity, AI ethics, gender justice, and civic participation. This video series integrates global internet governance debates with local realities, supporting civil society actors, youth, journalists, educators, and digital rights defenders with the knowledge and tools needed to engage meaningfully in digital policy spaces.
