- Amplify Forus Africa member voices on governance, accountability and regional review processes.

Position African civil society agency at the intersection of Agenda 2030 and Agenda 2063.
- Build Forus Africa network relationships with African member states and UN entities.
- Generate content for the Forus Africa Regional Advocacy Strategy (under development).
DESCRIPTION:
This side event, approved by UN DESA, will bring together Forus Africa members, UN institutions, member states and academia to explore the synergies between Agenda 2030, Agenda 2063, and current review processes. Forus Africa members — including TANGO (Tanzania), CNONGD (DRC), CCOAIB (Rwanda), CONGAD (Senegal), FONGDD (Guinea) and FONGTO (Togo) — are invited to take speaking roles. The event directly feeds into the Forus Africa Regional Advocacy Strategy.
