The project will help develop CODE-NGO’s advocacy and communications plans and support initial action points in the next 5 years. CODE-NGO aims to activate its existing Advocacy Working Groups (AWGs) mechanisms by organizing agenda-building and strategic advocacy and communications planning workshops on 5 priority advocacies. These priorities were approved by the coalition as part of its Strategic Plan 2018-2022:

At the end of the project, the expected outputs are 5 advocacy and communications planning processes for CODE-NGO’s 5 AWGs, key messages clarified, and initial advocacy campaigns launched by the 5 AWGs.
