NNNGO (Nigeria Network of NGOs) aims to boost member engagement through events, improve board diversity, and strengthen human resources by the end of the 6th cycle of the NPP. To achieve this the coordination team will increase its size by hiring program staff. Key activities include capacity-building for MEAL and HR staff, in person training program staff on member engagement, purchasing CRM software for better communication, and acquiring digital tools for enhanced security and content creation. These efforts will address workforce gaps and enhance member involvement.
