Time Commitment 

  • Each module is one weekly session of 90 minutes 

  • Digital security: 4.5 hours in 3 weeks 

  • AI for NGO management: 4.5 hours in 3 weeks 

  • Resource Mobilisation: 9 hours in 6 weeks  

  • After each module participants will complete a 5-minute evaluation form. 

  • A months after the training participants will re-convene in a one-hour exchange to share their experiences replicating the modules with their members and/or colleagues in the national platform or regional coalition. 

Approach 

 

Structured, participatory, and action-based learning approach, integrating adult learning principles, inclusivity frameworks (UNITAR-aligned), and the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) & Design Thinking models. These methodologies will ensure that training is not only informative but also engaging, interactive, and directly applicable to CSOs' day-to-day work. The cascade training model will empower participants to transfer knowledge within their networks, ensuring long-term sustainability beyond the project duration. 

Who should attend  

  • Each course should be attended by a different representative of the platform or network. 

  • Available to commit 4.5 hours between August and October 2025. 

  • Interested to replicate or adapt the learning materials when providing support to regional or national platform levels.

Camilo Forero brings 16+ years of experience in program management, fundraising, and donor engagement for NGOs and international organizations. He has successfully secured millions in funding for social impact programs and has expertise in strategic fundraising, donor communications, and consortium-building. Camilo’s fundraising approach incorporates digital storytelling and advocacy, ensuring CSOs develop sustainable funding models. He speaks English, Spanish, and French.
