EN - Racial Equity in global development, and Youth Activism Today’s episode is divided into two parts. First, we will speak with Tina Ajuonuma from The Racial Equity Index. We will discuss with her the need for racial equity within and across the global development sector in order to dismantle structural racism and create a just system and culture. With their zero-tolerance policy on racial discrimination, radical empathy and transparency, Tina tells us about her work within the social justice and global development space. For the second part of the podcast, we speak with Inés Yábar from Restless Development. We will see how young people around the world are at the forefront of social change. Ines, from Peru, tells us about her personal journey and the work of Restless Development, collaborating with over 20, 000 young people in 74 countries around the world.
