Marie L’Hostis is Forus Advocacy Coordinator. Marie is a multilingual (French, English, Spanish) advocacy and campaign coordinator. Previously, she coordinated the action/2015 campaign, worked with CIVICUS, as well as with the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement. As an independent consultant, she also provided strategic consulting services and led several organizational evaluations for various foundations and NGOs in the humanitarian, civic space and sustainable development fields. Marie brings extensive experience in coordinating global alliances and networks in advocacy and campaigning, through genuine collaboration and strategic partnerships to drive collaborative efforts and amplify the power of civil society to advocate for more effective and people-centered public policies. Marie comes from a half-French/half-Peruvian family, currently residing in San Francisco, USA.
