Resume: Gender leadership and women's empowerment trainer Follow-up support for women. I am currently developing experience in women's leadership in the field of water resource management governance. The community I work with is made up of a mix of men and women/women water users and men who are members of water management bodies. This is another facet of women's leadership that I am discovering. The link between the issue of climate justice and women's leadership needs to be discovered and explored in greater depth.
Motivation: It's a subject that interests me. Most of my consultations are about promoting women's leadership.
