Inclusive leadership means refusing to shine alone when the world needs a constellation of stars. It means listening to those who are not often heard, not out of pity, but out of the conviction that every voice has a part to play in the solution. It means understanding that diversity is above all a source of wealth and creating a world where every person – regardless of their history, identity or reality – feels worthy of acting, contributing and belonging.  

 

A better world cannot be decreed, it must be woven together.
