POJOAJU, Executive Coordinator

Experience: My daily duties are to lead, plan and manage the operational and strategic activities of the platform, in coordination with POJOAJU coordination members. As Executive Coordinator, I coordinate collaboration between various member organisations, oversee the implementation of joint projects, ensure the fulfilment of institutional objectives and foster partnerships with the platform's member networks. In addition, as the platform's representative to external bodies, I manage financial and human resources, and promote active participation and capacity building among NGOs and their networks.

Motivation: My motivation for participating in the gender programme stems from my commitment to promote equity and empower women and vulnerable groups through effective initiatives in my country. I believe that leadership in the NGO sector is key to driving social change, and my vision focuses on inclusive leadership that promotes equal opportunities and addresses systemic inequalities through collaboration. In addition, I would like to replicate what I have learned in training for women in my country.

Fun fact: I love taking my dogs for walks, I love them so much and I love the after office too.
