Resume: a career Environmental Management and Sustainable Development Expert. Currently the Executive Director of The Association of NGOs (TANGO), an umbrella organisation in The Gambia. Responsible for day to day management of the organisation. Implementation of the decisions taken by the Annual General Meeting (AGM), General Assembly and by the Board of directors and its affiliated Committees; Have years of accumulated professional work experience in environmental & natural resources management including policy and management, gender, education, sustainable development, creative stakeholder engagement, monitoring & evaluation, capacity and network building.
Motivation: Develop the knowledge and skills for effective leadership to lead our organisation through complexity, furthermore improve skills in a changing social, political and environmental context.
Fun Fact: Enjoys mentoring young graduates and gardening.
